Noms close in 15 minutes
Mostly because I forgot to put up a warning post until now. And because I have one nom slot of my own I still haven't figured out.
There will be a return of the character bonus round this year. Details will go up in the nominations closed post and characters will be accepted during the period set aside for vetting until I open sign-ups, which probably, given the way everything has shifted this year will be on the morning of June 12. From here I'll be dragging us kicking and screaming back onto schedule, so expect sign-ups to end late on June 18th EDT.
