Dreamdark series - Laini Taylor

I'm really fascinated by this world, the way it has all the trappings of a kind of twee Victorian fantasy, but it's not really like that. I'd love to read more about this world. Maybe a retelling from the PoV of one of the creatures, perhaps one of the crows? Or a prequel would be interesting; it's clear Magpie lived in Never Nigh for awhile, but we don't know many details. What was that like? How did she end up with the crows? Maybe a tale of early adventures? Or the first time Poppy spoke to a plant and heard it speak back. Maybe you could explore more of the changes Magpie has made to the Weave. Or you could go for future fic: what does this new golden age for fairies look like?

Snow Eyes series - Stephanie A. Smith

The books tell us these stories are just part of a cycle of tales about Amarra (and a separate one about Amant). I always expected there to be more, too, more tales of Amarra and what made her so special to the Lake Country, but these two books were all there ever were. So my most basic request would be more. What else does Amarra do in her travels? What is her life as a Servitor like? How do the Servitors change?
And Osei: what is her life like after she finally chooses? I can't imagine all that time on Death's shore didn't have an effect. Or Beya: when I first read these books, I thought she was terrible. Now, well, she's not very sympathetic, yet her fears and even her actions and motives are so relatable. She's not even close to perfect, but I don't think she's a bad person and I'd love to read something from her point of view. What is her life like after Amarra leaves? How is it once she returns? Is their relationship ever mended?
Something about the Lake Mother herself and how she relates to her Servitors could be fascinating, too. It's clear things have changed and much has been lost. But how can that be, when she still speaks to them? What does she think about these later Servitors?

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun | A Certain Scientific Railgun

Shokuhou Misaki, Misaka Mikoto
The Daihaseisai storyline has made me incredibly curious about Shokuhou. What is it like to be a middle school student who can mentally control nearly everyone around her, including adults? How long has she been able to do this? Did she start out just being able to do little things? What was it like when she learned what she could do? Are there other people with Mental Out or was she the first? What is her family like? Does she even have one? For that matter, she hinted that she might be older than middle school age and she does look noticeably younger in the flashback scenes, so that's something worth exploring, too.
Or you could write about Mikoto. Why is it that she seems to be the only one still on touch with her family? You could address some oddities, too; for example, she tells the little kid with electric powers, who can barely make a spark, that "we all start out like that". And we're told she did start as a level 1 and worked her way up. But when we see her in the flashback to when she gave away her DNA sequence, she's awfully little. So when did she come to Academy City? Did they know she would be a level 5 right away? Or when did she develop to that level?
At the end of the Daihaseisai arc, Mikoto thinks that she dislikes Misaki, but they could work together in the future. A story about that could be interesting, too.
Overall, I am fascinated by the world of Academy City, so if you want to do a world-building fic, I'm up for that as well.

Ultra Maniac

Sakura Nina
While I'm not super invested in the whole Holy Stones plot they added for the anime, I love Ultra Maniac as a whole. Mostly, I just want more. Some ideas you could explore: what was Nina's time at school like, either before she became an exchange student or after she returned to go to boarding school? For that matter, what is her home life like? The series creator said that contrary to the portrayal of the Magic Kingdom in the anime, she'd envisioned it as basically the modern world with magic. There are lots of possibilities to explore with that concept and I'd love to see anything you came up with.
I'd also be interested in a story set after Nina returns to Japan to finish high school there. How does that go, now that she's no longer a bad witch?
Of course I love her friendship with Ayu in particular. (Honestly, I ship them, if you want to go there, but you don't have to.) Since we know they exchanged letters, an epistolary fic of their letters while Nina was away could be interesting as well.
