We ended up with roughly 40 works in 31 fandoms. I say roughly because I know there are a handful of fandoms waiting to be canonized. Thank you everyone who participated.

On a side note, I'm on the fence about bringing this back next year. It's still a little too small to easily find pinch hitters for what is at it's heart a small fandom exchange and I always end up stressing myself out at the end of the summer (and this summer has been stressful for rl reasons). There's also so much competition these days. If I do run it next year, I will probably open it up to all children's media (books, movies, tv, etc.) in the hopes of reaching a larger crowd. If I don't, it's just because the stress outweighs the joys.

I'll miss it if you decide not to run it, but think opening it to all kids' media might help. As one of the pinch hitters, I can see your concern about size.

I've always thoroughly enjoyed Fic Corner; and I do hope you run it again next year. Perhaps opening it to all media will help, if you decide to go that route.

I echo what others have said. I always really enjoy this exchange and would be very sorry to see it die. It is a highlight of the summer. But I also understand your concern about its size. Maybe opening it to all media would help it to grow. Thank you so much for running it so well.
